La Residencia pública de Torrent recibe evaluaciones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian el cuidado compasivo del personal y las instalaciones limpias, especialmente en los últimos momentos de vida de los residentes, existe una preocupación grave sobre la supervisión y el abandono de pacientes, con al menos un caso denunciado de negligencia grave. Las familias valoran los jardines y la atención final, aunque hay quejas sobre la falta de transparencia en las visitas y acceso a las instalaciones.

We found an elderly man walking down the avenue with an intubation. We called, asking for someone to pick him up, but they ignored us. It's a disgrace how much this nursing home cares about our elderly. They warned him he was drunk when the man couldn't drink, and yet they left him alone. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF SHAMELESS PEOPLE!! Two friends of mine had to take him in because otherwise they would have left him like a stray dog.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the care my grandmother received, may she rest in peace. Although she couldn't enjoy the residence, especially the gardens, which she longed for most, as she yearned to be outdoors, something she couldn't do at her previous residence, which I won't even bother mentioning. Thank you for caring for her during her last three days. After all, I was relieved to know that at least they looked after her until the very end.
