My grandmother has been in the residence for over a year. She's perfectly capable, and of all the options she had, she consciously chose to stay. I want to highlight the warmth, affection, professionalism, and dedication of all the staff. The care is very personal and friendly. The managers always keep us informed of any relevant events, which is greatly appreciated. The food is prepared fresh daily by the cook, the place is clean, and it's peaceful. I highly recommend it. We are very happy and feel fortunate to have chosen this place for her.

In my mother's case, I only have words of gratitude. We brought her to this residence, and for both my sister and me, it was the best decision we could have made. I must thank Eva, Carmen, and all the caregivers, but especially Fatima.
