La Residencia 3ª Edad Novavedat destaca por su ambiente familiar, atención personalizada y un equipo de cuidadores dedicado y cariñoso, según la mayoría de los usuarios y familias satisfechas. Sin embargo, existe una crítica externa de un vecino sobre ruidos y supuesta falta de atención, aunque los residentes y sus familias atribuyen estos sonidos a las condiciones médicas de los internos (Alzheimer, demencia) y defienden la calidad de vida y el trato profesional del personal.

It's a small, very family-oriented residence with private rooms. Since there aren't too many residents, the care is very personalized and friendly. I read a review from a neighbor complaining about some residents shouting as if they weren't being attended to. How people love to talk without knowing the facts! I also hear those shouts when I go to see my mother, and they are really annoying, but you have to keep in mind that people with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other severe illnesses live there. Perhaps what this neighbor is suggesting is drugging these residents all day long so everyone can rest, at the expense of their quality of life. Does she think the staff at the residence aren't bothered by the shouting? The only thing hearing it shows is patience, not a lack of attention. I go there every week. I come and go as I please, and I'm happy because my mother is well cared for and has a quality of life she wouldn't have on her own at home. Not even with me, since I spend all day working. She even has a social life that she wouldn't have living alone. When she wants, she can be alone in her room, and when she doesn't, she spends time with other residents. I recommend the residence because of the care, the natural surroundings, and above all, because sometimes, although it's daunting to place them in a residence, it's the only way to offer them a good quality of life. It's also important to keep in mind that the ideal is to be a fully capable person and live your life as you wish in your own home, but this is sometimes no longer possible, and therefore perfection disappears. This happens in this residence and in all others. I hope this review can be helpful to someone.

I'm writing this review as a neighbor of the care home. It's a shame that we have to hear what we hear. All the neighbors are fed up with hearing several elderly people shouting for help, calling for the caregivers. It's nonstop, every day, night and day... It's a pity that people who need care and attention, because we understand they're not well, aren't receiving it when their families pay for them to be well looked after. Personally, if I cared about a family member, I wouldn't take them to this residence. When I hear those screams, I can clearly see from my window how the caregivers are sitting in the backyard with their coffee and cigarettes... while people are being neglected and crying for help. Now, if the owner wants, he can tell me that Google doesn't verify reviews and that some people who aren't even clients are leaving reviews. I've already emphasized that I'm not a client; I'm a neighbor, and I have proof of everything I've written. (If you care about your family member, be careful where you put them. Always make sure they're being properly cared for.) Sincerely, a neighbor fed up with the screams from the residence...

The most important person in my life has been living at NovaVedat for over six months, and I can only feel reassured knowing he is well cared for, looked after, and showered with love. The center has a very welcoming, family-like atmosphere, and they make you feel like you're part of that family. The team is wonderful. Thank you for always making everything so easy for me, and for taking care of Uncle José as if he were your own grandfather. A special thank you to Tamara for helping me with all the paperwork and providing me with all the necessary information and more. It's a very welcoming residence, I definitely recommend it. My brother needed to be in a care facility for a few months and I found this residence in the Monte del Vedat area, where all the staff are very attentive and friendly. In addition to the care he received, they helped us with administrative and medical procedures. Our experience was very satisfactory.
