Aunque la gran mayoría de opiniones son altamente favorables y la recomiendan ampliamente, existe una reseña negativa aislada que menciona inconvenientes con una persona en particular, lo que sugiere que hay aspectos puntuales por mejorar en la gestión del personal.

I can only say THANK YOU, THANK YOU. My mother has only been there a short time, but the care provided by Resu and the assistants has been exceptional. Please continue to take such good care of the elderly.

I have had my parents and they have treated them with great affection and when my father unfortunately passed away my mother felt very loved by the owners Resu and José and the assistants and a wonderful treatment with the family members. I recommend it.
