A bittersweet experience. Excellent service and friendly staff, but terrible management. When the focus is more on consolidating real estate holdings than on the well-being of the residents, things are going badly. (And I'm being polite).

I brought my father to this residence to recover from surgery, and the results couldn't have been better. The staff and the manager are top-notch; the care and attention they provide gives you complete peace of mind. I recommend it 100%. Many thanks to this wonderful team and these amazing people.

I want to express my congratulations on the service provided to the elderly. From the very first moment, we felt a warm and welcoming attitude and great professionalism towards our family member who had to be admitted. I want to highlight the professionalism of the Director of the Geriatric Center, who was always attentive to our needs. The caregivers and all the staff who work there always create a beautiful atmosphere, like the smiles on the faces of the residents and their families. They have always attended to our requests and have been very attentive to the residents' medical check-ups. Cleanliness: Everything was very clean. Service: Highly professional. Location: Ideal, ten minutes from Talavera, and the surrounding area is peaceful and easily accessible. Facilities: It has spacious rooms where the elderly can relax and enjoy themselves. Staff: It has highly motivated and enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about their work. My sincerest congratulations to the entire team who care for our elderly with love and dedication. Thank you.

I share my dissatisfaction with this care home; frankly, it leaves much to be desired. First and foremost, a care home shouldn't smell bad as soon as you walk in, as this one did. That alone is enough to put you off. The heat in those dining rooms was unbearable; the poor elderly residents were sweating profusely. Another thing I want to mention is that everyone is given the same afternoon snack, regardless of whether it has sugar or not—what difference does it make? A little consideration, please. You all have to grow up too; try to put yourselves in their shoes. It's called empathy, and we certainly didn't use it. As a care assistant, I feel sorry for them. My relative can no longer defend herself, but at least let people know how things are done at Casar de Talavera.

My mother was there in that nursing home and left us in a month and a half. She had her ailments like any other patient. They discharged her from the hospital on Tuesday, and on Saturday I took her back to the hospital. She had worsened by 90%. Thanks to me, she stayed there and never came out again. They don't acknowledge their mistakes, and on top of that, the owner confronted my sister, saying she'd have to see us in court. Very arrogant. My mother died of kidney failure, and in three days her kidneys stopped working. Just a question, where's the water? In three days, they don't stop and stop working. And more things happened. For me, it was their slaughterhouse. Let everyone tell their story, I'll leave it there. I wouldn't give it a star for me. I hope things go better for you than they did for us. Thank you for your hospitality. Expectations are the life of a human being in four days.
