This is an excellent residence where the professionalism and dedication of the new owners are clearly evident. The residents are treated with warmth, respect, and compassion, which provides great peace of mind to families. I would especially like to highlight the dedication of the nursing team, particularly Nahikari, who perform their work with great commitment, patience, and attention to the individual needs of each resident. Likewise, the director, Alejandro, deserves special mention for his approachability, availability, and constant attention, demonstrating a strong commitment to the residents' well-being and maintaining open communication with families. I highly recommend this residence, and my friend, who moved in this fall, is happy and grateful.

The nursing home is in increasingly worse condition. Fewer staff members to care for the elderly. No daily doctor. Poor cleaning. Gardens and facilities are in a state of disrepair. No management has been in place for more than two months since Elena retired years ago. However, the price increases have continued year after year even though not all the staff needed to properly care for the residents were there. Now, we hope the change of ownership is positive for residents and staff and that everything improves for everyone.

My grandfather went in for rehabilitation and a month later he left to die in a hospital. The treatment of the elderly is appalling, as is the hygiene. The staff is deplorable; they don't care about anything and make excuses for everything when something goes wrong. I do not recommend this residence if you want your elderly relatives to be happy and well cared for.

A very welcoming center. I was impressed by the spacious interior and the outdoor relaxation areas. Very nice.

A magnificent center... a family member is currently residing here and the service is exceptional. The entire atmosphere, the building, the incredible staff, the cleanliness, the food, the treatment... you couldn't ask for more. We came from a residence that was supposed to be the best in Madrid, and there's no comparison. This one surpasses all other residences we've known. 100% highly recommended.
