The reviews that are rated 5 stars are a lie written by people close to themselves, daughters and mother owners of the residence. I will say that my father entered this residence assuring me that he was going to be in perfect condition, he entered for vascular dementia. My father left the residence two and a half years ago and ended up dying from heat stroke and a heart attack... not counting the burns he had from being exposed to the sun for so many hours. These ladies notified us that my father had escaped four hours later and the civil guard one hour before us. What they intended is clearly to find him first so we would not have found out anything. The residence lacks a lot of services which we found out about much later. Regarding the bail, as has already been indicated in more than one comment, they are not returning it, it is subject to trial, they are found guilty and even then they do not pay... I advise that no family members be admitted to this residence, it is the worst...lack of staff, missing documents, etc. etc... My father died and I hope they can't sleep because their conscience is there reminding them. Something I also doubt because I imagine they don't have one. But they say that Karma always comes back.

My father died there. They won't return the deposit paid upon arrival, nor the full monthly portion. They also apply a "temporary stay" increase after death. Money isn't everything in life.

A very good residence, with a very humane and family-like atmosphere. It's clean, bright, and very well adapted, with spacious lounges with TVs and another quieter one, and a large garden where my father enjoys walks. My mother spent three years with a degenerative disease and was very well cared for during that time. Therefore, when my father could no longer manage at home, I didn't hesitate to request a place for him. He's happy and very pleased with the treatment he receives from both the owner and the staff. Don't hesitate, it's a great residence.

A very good residence—clean, bright, and with good food tailored to each person's needs. It has several lounges and a large garden for walks. My father has been there for three years and is very well cared for. It has a friendly, family atmosphere, and I recommend it without hesitation.
