The worst decision we've ever made is moving my mother to this place. She'd only been there three days, and her condition has deteriorated rapidly. My mother arrived active and only had mobility issues, but she left there unconscious, barely responsive, and we just hope she pulls through... We called the facility to ask them to send us a photo of my mother's health insurance card so we could be with her in the emergency room, and their response was, "We can't help you right now because the head nurse is handling that, and she's in her room right now and can't be disturbed." On top of all this, they haven't even bothered to send us a message to check on my mother. We're not the only family members who have been in this situation. Other women from the center were in the emergency room at the same time as my mother, and they told us about the amount of negligence that's been happening at this facility lately.

Good residence for our seniors, my mother was there and liked it a lot, good treatment and professionalism, it's a shame she can't be there, very good location and attention.

Horrible experience. The noise is unbearable and they do nothing to fix it. All talk and no action. It's a disgrace that they act this way.
