Opiniones

My mother spent a month and a few days at this nursing home. She arrived with a serious illness, fear of change, and lacking motivation. From the very beginning, she received warm and caring treatment from the entire nursing home staff. Coordinators Nicole and Laura, along with the rest of the team, worked hard from day one to make her stay as pleasant as possible. Of course, they didn't forget the people who lived at the nursing home. Yesterday, my mother died from a serious illness she had been suffering from for many months, and Yurena and Iris, the nursing home's caregivers, came to the funeral home, saddened by her passing, to express their love for my mother. I have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire nursing home team. The care they gave my mother was 10/10.

I lost my father four years ago. He was hospitalized with COVID for 48 days, with no hope of recovery. He overcame COVID, but couldn't find a nursing home during the height of the pandemic. I was recommended Acorán and called... my father left La Candelaria at 80 years old, and after a very difficult COVID-19 experience... there, they managed to get him walking again, eating on his own, and doing crafts. I only have words of gratitude for Amanda, Nicole, Bea... and everyone who treated my father like family. They never gave us any trouble, and the day he passed away, I know he left happy and peaceful because he felt good there. He never said, "Get me out of here," and he was perfectly lucid until his last day. My uncle was also there; he went there for dialysis every day... he recovered after a heart attack and was able to return home. It's clear that there's no place like home, but if I have to share my experience, I'd say it's a residence where the staff are very friendly and caring.

The worst residence for both work and users. They exploit workers, they don't have legal contracts, they have no working hours, they lack material, they dry the grandparents with sheets, it's full of cockroaches, it's a very, very bad service, it's shameful.

I've tried it out, and contrary to some comments, the elderly residents are treated exceptionally well. The staff are incredibly kind and explain everything about the center very clearly. The food is fantastic; the residents eat a good, varied diet. And finally, they are kept very clean and their diapers are changed about three times a day. I don't understand how there can be any negative reviews.

If there's a spot there, it's quiet and peaceful, with benches to sit and watch the moon; there's barely a faint light to look out on, and the bushes are so dense they block everything.
