Terrible facilities. Terrible staff, especially in terms of governance and management. They don't know how to properly care for families. From the outside, it looks like a rural home, but inside, the facilities leave much to be desired. The care for residents is poor because the caregivers don't have time to dedicate because they already have too many duties. As a family member of a resident, I am completely unhappy and I don't recommend it at all. Frustrating. They need a new manager because they don't know how to handle different situations, but of course, their friends come first, and that's how it goes. They have people who don't fit the profile and don't know how to work.

My grandmother was in another private care home and was miserable every day, crying and bitter. We moved her here and she's over the moon. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring. She says the food is delicious and everything is spotless. We couldn't be happier; we just wish we'd brought her here sooner.

I think the same, terrible support for the elderly, especially in personal care, very dirty, and I'm not giving more just in case, and I'm giving one star without further explanation. Very poor care for people with dementia, and by the way, there's no support from psychologists. 💔
