Our mother has been in this residence for over seven years, and we are delighted in every way—with the care, the food, and all the other activities. We have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire team, starting with the management. Every day we go to work with complete peace of mind knowing that she is being properly cared for. Thank you so much to the whole team!

My grandmother is admitted to this nursing home. We have no complaints. They treat her very well. My grandmother says they're very committed to ensuring hygiene. Their sheets are changed daily, etc. The nurses are very affectionate with them. She says they even comb their hair and chat with them without getting bored. The food is always freshly made and good. The director is a very understanding woman. A big hug to everyone on the team!

I find it shameful that people speak and distort things so lightly. I know what I'm talking about. My brother-in-law was in that nursing home for five years. Sadly, he passed away. However, the treatment and care, from both the staff and management, have always been excellent. The facilities are very good, and we've never had a single complaint of any kind. It's a shame that negative comments are made to try to discredit a company with such a good reputation and such an exquisite track record.

Merry Christmas 2025 to all the staff at the Odón Alonso Residential Center!! 🎄🥂 And especially to Doña Pilar, for her kindness and concern for the residents. It's so nice how you ask if they're okay. I appreciate how someone like you tries to brighten the lives of our loved ones. It's the little things that matter most! A big hug and thank you, Pilar. 🥰 Words will never be enough to express the level of gratitude I feel for all the staff at the Odón Alonso residence in Soria. I will never forget everything they do for my sister and the peace of mind it gives her family to know that she is cared for, loved, and has found a place to live, be happy, and have friends. Every day I give thanks for the peace of mind that the Odón Alonso residence in Soria has given me and the happiness, care, and security it provides my sister. Thank you to all the staff at the residence.

It was awful. We had to put my grandmother in this care home because the situation at home was unbearable. We didn't have a place in a public facility, and we couldn't afford another one. The moment she arrived, they took away her hearing aids in case she lost them and cut her off from the rest of the world. Despite our weekly visits, we asked for them back, but they never gave them to her. There was a case of Covid, and they wouldn't let us visit her at all. Her cell phone died, and the poor woman had forgotten to turn it on. They never helped her or even gave her the phone when we called; they just kept saying she was fine, and we don't think they even told her we had called. Two weeks into that quarantine, she supposedly died of a heart attack. I don't even want to imagine what she went through those two weeks, believing her family had abandoned her. It took them two weeks to return her belongings, all dirty and in plastic bags. We had to demand the return of her hearing aids because they hadn't been given back. The worst experience imaginable. I would never recommend it, under any circumstances. There aren't enough staff for so many people and the management is TERRIBLE.
