La Vivienda tutelada Nuestra Señora de la Salud presenta un panorama extremadamente negativo según las reseñas, con denuncias consistentes sobre maltrato hacia los residentes, gestión financiera impropia, falta de atención médica adecuada y personal poco cualificado. Las familias reportan negligencia grave, incomunicación, pérdida de pertenencias, medicación incorrecta e incluso casos que han derivado en procedimientos legales, lo que refleja una calidad de cuidado inaceptable y una gestión particularmente problemática bajo la dirección actual.

A real disgrace. The person who runs the home, Pepa, treats people appallingly. She speaks to them rudely and without any manners, yells at them, doesn't give them the right medication... in fact, we want to file a complaint about the medication given to a family member. The staff is very discouraged because they themselves admit they are being exploited by this woman, whom everyone seems to fear. It's degrading... We got our relative out in less than a month. Please, I hope no one goes to this place; it's a real disgrace. To the family members who have been through the same situation as us, I encourage you to report her so that this woman's treatment can end.

It all started well, but over time it goes wrong. I'm briefly noticing that Doña Pepa is only interested in charging the monthly fee in advance, and that the residents, already discharged, remain there for weeks so they can... that's all I've felt for weeks. She doesn't answer WhatsApp messages, nor are calls or emails conclusive, and she interprets the contract only for her monthly income when the patient has already been discharged and informed that they wanted to leave for weeks. It's a shame how it ended when the beginning was so good.

Terrible care. My family member wasn't given the necessary pills or care. The staff were unqualified and rude, and the responses were unfortunate and inappropriate. Poor cleaning. They lost the residents' personal belongings—a real disaster. My family member was sick for a month, and they didn't even tell me when he got sick or how he was progressing. And to top it all off, they neglected his personal hygiene. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Very bad, they only have them sitting 24 hours a day watching Canal Sur, they don't motivate them, they treat them very badly, the director gets involved in problems we have between siblings, things that are none of her business, and she also threw my mother's cell phone into the toilet.

They don't provide the services stipulated in the contract. Alert: "They don't communicate serious situations to the family." It was too late. Regarding the complaint response: I requested my mother's medication after she passed away, and it was a waste of time there; the names were mixed up with those of other patients. 😲 Legal proceedings have been initiated. So much for chamomile tea... Only nursing assistants and... I want a qualification. Nurses?
