The nursing home where my father spent his last year of life. I'd heard of similar places before, thanks to other relatives who had stayed there. In any case, you always have to be vigilant, ask questions, and be patient, because there are often too many interns, which is beneficial for the company but not so beneficial for the user. A special mention to Leti in administration, a truly charming person and employee.

Experiencia muy negativa en esta residencia. Si queréis a vuestros mayores, buscad otra residencia. Aunque parezca más económica, cada vez hay más pacientes y menos personal. No contestan al teléfono a los familiares, no responden los emails, no llaman si están enfermos, solo en situaciones extremas, cuando ya no hay solución. Debemos luchar por calidad para nuestros mayores, no solo pagar más de lo que ganan, para nada. Las residencias no deberían convertirse en empresas que buscan rentabilidad y clientes. Nuestros mayores se lo merecen todo. Más cariño, más empatía y más cercanía.
