La Residencia San Nicolás recibe un reconocimiento prácticamente unánime por la calidad humana y dedicación excepcional de su personal médico, de enfermería y de cuidados, quienes tratan a los residentes con auténtica familia y atención personalizada, proporcionando además comida casera y equilibrada. Sin embargo, existe una debilidad importante en el servicio de atención telefónica durante el horario comercial, que resulta inaccesible y genera frustración en los intentos de contacto.

I have no words to thank this residence. My mother, in just 11 days while she was there and very ill, every doctor, nurse, assistant, social worker, and administrative staff member were there with her until her last breath. A thousand thanks to all for the humane treatment from all the staff.

I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff at San Nicolás, from Yolanda, the director, to the last employee. My father was there for over two years, and everything went perfectly. Sadly, he passed away on April 16th, and I must say, they looked after him with true dedication. Thank you for everything.

We have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire staff at this nursing home. They treated my grandmother as if she were a family member, and that's truly appreciated. There's not a single time we haven't gone to see her (without warning, because it's not necessary) and she hasn't been perfectly groomed, dressed, and groomed. The food is homemade and balanced, and the staff are top-notch. Highly recommended!

The telephone customer service during business hours is terrible. It's impossible to get through; it just goes straight to voicemail after a while.

The nurses, the doctor, and the therapist are charming and very attentive, very caring with all the residents, as well as all the caregivers. All the staff are wonderful, kind, caring, and very patient. Thank you all for taking care of my mother.
