La Residencia Los Tulipanes destaca por su equipo de personal joven, bien preparado y genuinamente dedicado al cuidado de los residentes, ofreciendo un excelente ratio calidad-precio y buena alimentación. Sin embargo, algunos usuarios reportan inconsistencias en la atención al cliente (particularmente en comunicaciones telefónicas) y coinciden en señalar que las instalaciones y espacios comunes carecen de decoración acogedora, siendo este el principal aspecto a mejorar.

It's a family-run residence. The staff, although young, are very well-prepared and always attentive. They treat their residents with care and respect, are highly competent and eager to work, and genuinely enjoy being with them. Whenever possible, they organize activities to keep their residents' lives from becoming monotonous. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent. The food is very good. The only thing that could be improved is the decor; both the courtyard and the facilities are a bit bland.

I don't have any family members at the nursing home. I wasn't aware of its existence. (We asked for the name of the nursing home.) I only met residents and supervisors today in Chipiona at a beach bar, and I witnessed the wonderful treatment the supervisors give the residents. Anything else I can say is an understatement. Congratulations to the nursing home for having such professionals.

They are very kind, except for one who is a foreigner... I called to ask how my mother was doing since she has cognitive impairment and is getting worse every day, and she tells me that it's not a good time to call to ask, it was 5 pm... a normal time, and on top of that she spoke to me very rudely.

Residents are well cared for. The staff is attentive and friendly. The outdoor patio is sparsely decorated and impersonal. With a little attention to detail, it could be greatly improved and the surroundings much more pleasant.
