La Residencia La Paz presenta una gran disparidad en las experiencias de sus usuarios, con opiniones que van desde calificaciones perfectas de familias satisfechas con la atención y el trato empático del personal, hasta críticas severas sobre la gestión administrativa, falta de organización y, más preocupantemente, negligencia en la atención médica de los residentes. Mientras algunos destacan la profesionalidad y dedicación del equipo de cuidadores, otros denuncian deficiencias graves en la supervisión y respuesta ante emergencias que ponen en riesgo el bienestar de los ancianos.

The management by the administration and director leaves much to be desired. There is a clear lack of organization, empathy, and respect for the staff who give their all every day. Working conditions are inadequate, and the atmosphere is negatively impacted by a management that prioritizes appearances over the genuine well-being of both the staff and the residents. This is not about attacking them, but rather pointing out that caring for the elderly requires more than simply keeping to a schedule or providing services: it requires humanity, active listening, and responsible leadership. We hope these opinions are taken seriously and that the voices calling for necessary change are not silenced.

I should give it a 0. Terrible, terrible treatment of the elderly. For example, my aunt fell and fractured her bone, and they didn't transfer her to any hospital, and they informed us two or three days after the fall. You took several months to respond to my comment, and you were lying about it. Check the visitor log, if you have one, and you'll see all the times I went to see my aunt, always accompanied by my cousins. Responding with lies won't hide the truth: the nursing home is terrible, a 0.
