La Residencia de Mayores FOAM cuenta con un equipo profesional y dedicado que brinda excelente atención y cuidado a los residentes, tal como destacan varias familias que han notado mejoras significativas en la salud de sus mayores. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones importantes sobre la falta de personal, las restrictivas políticas de visita y los espacios limitados, lo que ha generado insatisfacción en algunas familias que sienten que estos factores afectan negativamente la calidad general del servicio.

They are unprofessional in their treatment of both residents and their families, starting with the Director, who leaves much to be desired. Even after the COVID outbreak, they've restricted visits to the residence to half an hour, two days a week. My impression is that they don't have enough staff, and this affects everything, especially the care of the elderly, who are the priority. My experience was not positive at all. I believe my relative wasn't cared for according to their needs, and the situation got out of hand. I hope no one else has to go through what we went through.

Te pone muchos obstáculos para visitar a los mayores . tiene que sacar cita previa para que te lo dejen ver. Poco espacio para poder estar con tus mayores disponen de un patio pequeño y de una habitación dentro muy pequeña.

Great care home, they are very attentive to our elderly residents and the staff are very kind, giving them the care they need. My father arrived at the care home in very bad shape and today he is doing great and is delighted to be there.
