Not a recommended care home. I'm denouncing the lack of humanity here, and I'm sharing what happened to my mother-in-law, who died without receiving any assistance. They remained completely unconcerned about her situation. The day before she died, they did blood work, which raised alarm bells because she was extremely dehydrated, and yet they did nothing. They scheduled a hospital appointment for the next day, dismissing it as unimportant. They called for a regular ambulance, not an emergency one (supposedly she had diarrhea that same morning), and they still waited for the ambulance to arrive at the scheduled time. When I went to the hospital with her that morning, she was unconscious when they brought her out. When she arrived at the hospital, the doctor's first words upon seeing her were, "This woman is dying." It took her 10 minutes to die. They denied her the right to assistance. And apart from this, which has been the worst part, why did she lose her life without even receiving help? Why, when they saw the blood test results were bad, didn't they act immediately and leave it for the next day? And why did she become so dehydrated if she was prescribed two bags of fluids? They didn't feed her and ignored her, and on top of that, she lost her clothes and was freezing.

From what I understand, if you had such a bad experience with a family member in those circumstances, why didn't you request a transfer to another residence? If it were one of my relatives, they wouldn't be in a residence like that. Besides, I have friends who are extremely happy with the staff. What you can't have is one person per family, and this isn't a reason to discredit such a good residence because four families want a caregiver for their relative. I'll leave it at that. If it had been one of my relatives, they wouldn't be in that residence. And from what I'm reading, and I'll repeat, the staff who leave their homes to care for our loved ones deserve respect. These kinds of things aren't reported here. You go to the center manager, the food is excellent, and all the staff eat there. What's not normal is that the family is given food at times when they shouldn't be eating anything. When the elderly person arrives at the table, they've already been fed by their relative. It's not fair to portray the residence in a negative light. With the way life is these days, that's what we can expect. Good night.

My father lived here for over three years until his death on July 9th. During his stay, he was part of the extended family that is the grandparents, their relatives, and the entire nursing home staff. Thank you so much for the patience, professionalism, and care with which you treat our elderly. Like everything, there's room for improvement—more staff to care for the grandparents, resolving incidents at the facility more quickly—but the task of caring for our loved ones the way you do is priceless. My entire family thanks you for your work.

Hello, my grandfather was here for a couple of months this past summer. I would like to say that apart from what some of the other residents of this residence or relatives have already said, the heat in the rooms, damp ceilings on the second floor where my grandfather was, poor cleaning of the bathrooms and rooms. It is also worth highlighting the lack of empathy with family and residents. My grandfather has had to be hospitalised twice. The second time, the nurse at the residence said he did not see the need to take him to the hospital. My mother took him anyway and he has been here ever since (he has been here for almost 4 weeks). According to the hospital, the ulcers on his back and heels were in terrible condition because they had not been treated properly. To treat these ulcers, one of the days I went to visit him, they asked me to bring a bottle of Betadine. Apparently, after paying 2,200 euros, they also have to bring Betadine for the treatment of the residents of the residence. My mother went every day to give him breakfast, lunch, dinner and keep an eye on him. about the medication because half the days they didn't know if they had to give him the medication or not, when he was admitted to the hospital the dependency law came, so he will not return to San Rafael and when he asked for his belongings they handed them over in a cardboard box, all the shirts thrown away, bundled up with the bags of probes, medication and other belongings, as if it were garbage, in short, a charming staff...

Highly recommended residence. The staff is very professional and friendly to both residents and their families. The food, hygiene, and cleanliness are superb. I speak from the experience of a family member who felt right at home.
