Opiniones

For being the only care home in town, I find it very under-resourced. The furniture is very old and worn (broken down; see photo of one of the beds). The caregivers who "work" there leave much to be desired, especially those on night shifts. They seem to think their job is only to sleep there and don't respond to the residents' calls. The menu is very repetitive, and they don't serve even half of what's on the meal plan. They give them pangasius fish, which is no longer used in many restaurants because it's not good for their health, and they serve stewed potatoes to patients who have a blood sugar level of 2.54 grams per liter before eating. For what you pay to be there (which isn't cheap), they should be more attentive and caring for the residents, especially regarding their medication.

We had to put our grandparents there, and honestly, they've been subjected to humiliation and mistreatment. The facilities are in terrible condition, the elderly residents aren't cared for properly, the facilities aren't cleaned correctly, and the food is awful, according to what we've been told. The director is never there when you need her, and sometimes there's a strange, damp smell and a general lack of hygiene.

This care home is the worst. They sedate the elderly so they don't "bother" anyone, leave them in a chair, and refuse to let you visit your relatives without 48 hours' notice, and you have to confirm, supposedly due to COVID protocol. I read something similar from another person in a review, but I thought it was just someone angry, but that's not the case. I have another relative in a different care home, run by the board, and it's not like this. Also, when we took our relative out, some of their medications and personal belongings were missing. Be careful with this care home and think twice before leaving your elderly relatives here. For a little more money, you can put them in much better care homes.

A nursing home where the well-being of our seniors is paramount, providing them with love, joy, support, and everything they need, surrounded by professionals who care for them. A place where solidarity and empathy know no bounds. The food is very good.

It's a wonderful place, despite the times we are living in. There, they seem to live in another world, isolated from problems. They are very well looked after and cared for, and the staff is very friendly. Without a doubt, it's one of the best residences I've seen.
