Opiniones

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE: The accessible parking space located at the entrance (C/ Lope de Vega 49) has a serious design flaw. A vertical sign prevents the driver's door from opening, and the transfer area is not to the side. If you are driving and use a wheelchair, you will not be able to get out of the car. The City Council has been notified for correction, but please be aware of this in the meantime.

Hello, a while ago we had a relative at this center for several years, everything was great, attention, care, and services. Unfortunately, we find ourselves in the same need again, visiting the residence again. I am extremely grateful to Isabel, the social worker, for her kindness, professionalism, and empathy, for informing and answering all our questions, and for her advice that has been invaluable. Thank you, Isabel, for your care and dedication.

I'm Evaristo, Concha Pastor's son, and well... I don't even know where to begin, so I'll start at the beginning. After a time when my mother needed 24-hour care, my siblings and I decided it was time to move to a nursing home so she could be better cared for. Of all my siblings, I was the most hesitant because one always has the idea of abandonment when in reality it's precisely the opposite. The fact is that over time, I've really enjoyed my visits to the center. Here my mother was always very well cared for and felt very happy. I will really miss going to see her in the morning, seeing how she enjoyed it when she dressed up as a flamenco dancer, showing me her beautiful nails or giving me kisses with her red lipstick. I don't have enough words to thank the entire team for the kindness they showed us all, and especially my mother. I want to thank Isabel, Sonia, Ines, Gloria, Bibi (Fran, whom my mother loved very much), and the entire team at the San Miguel Residence... It's going to be very difficult for me not to turn the wheel at the San Lúcar exit when I travel to Seville from my town... This place has been our second home. Today my mother is no longer with us, but I have many good memories that I will always carry with me, and partly thanks to you all... Thank you all very much.

I must say that although my mother isn't in the care home, the care and information I received from Isabel, the social worker, has been wonderful. I'm so sorry there's no space available. Thank you so much, Isabel.

I just spoke with Isabel to ask for information for my mother and I was truly impressed with the service she provided. She was lovely and gave me excellent advice. I hope they assign my mother there.
