Good afternoon, and I'll say this: if their family members aren't doing well in the care home, why don't they take them home? And if they're sick, why don't they take them to a doctor? I really don't understand some families. Even though they're in a care home, the families are responsible. It's very easy to blame the staff.

A very good home for our loved ones. Since I've had a relative there, I've realized that a nursing home isn't a prison, but a home with qualified staff to provide the best possible care—care that one can't provide on their own. They have very good professionals and are always inventing activities and organizing things to keep them entertained and happy. I highly recommend them.

I'm giving one star to write this review, otherwise nothing. Two years ago, we admitted my mother to this nursing home, which seemed like it would be a very good place, but it wasn't. After 14 days, we went to visit her and found her lying alone in her room, uncovered, cold, and smelling strongly of urine because she had peed on the bed. I had to call them to come and change her; who knows how long she had been urinating. But that's not all. I saw that my mother was unwell and decided to call to ask why the doctor hadn't come. The woman there told me that it had already happened and that everything was fine, that she had gastroenteritis, and that she was well hydrated and everything was fine, all things considered. I told her I didn't agree because my mother looked very unwell, and she repeated the same thing. The next day, they called us and told us that my mother wasn't well and that they were taking her to the hospital because she wasn't breathing well and wasn't doing well. When we arrived at the hospital after waiting for six hours, they told us that my mother Nothing could be done for her, and she passed away. In short, the care home didn't do its job properly, and unfortunately, my mother died. I definitely wouldn't recommend this care home at all. I'm writing this review two years later, but it's only now that I've decided to say something.

After a very difficult weekend, I need to express my deepest gratitude to the Novocare Residence in Puebla de Cazalla: - Thank you for the love and care you showed my mother during the six years she lived with you. - Thank you for making her feel comfortable, even though she couldn't understand. - Thank you for every second you helped her be happier. - And above all, thank you for being with us in her final moments in such a kind and compassionate way. You made such a difficult time as the loss of a mother more bearable. We will be eternally grateful. THANK YOU!!!
