The treatment at this care home is appalling; I had to request a transfer. I left my mother there in a terrible state, and every day I visit, she's worse. A wound that was almost healed when I left her is now eight times worse, and she's much thinner because they don't encourage her to eat. All they do is leave them in a bed or an armchair, completely neglecting them. When you first go there, they paint a rosy picture, but after a week, you realize they don't care about any of those people; all they care about is the monthly fee.
