El Asilo de San Andrés recibe críticas muy negativas de sus usuarios, quienes denuncian una gestión deficiente y falta de humanidad en la atención. Los residentes reportan problemas graves como abandono de pacientes vulnerables y una dirección que no responde adecuadamente a las necesidades y peticiones de las familias, lo que genera una sensación de desprotección total hacia los ancianos bajo su cuidado.
