My mother has been recovering from hip surgery for a month and a half. I couldn't be happier with the care she received, both my mother and us. I brought her here because it was one of the residences that offered her a place for mobility rehabilitation. Excellent residence. The food is varied, homemade, and with menus to suit all dietary needs. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-suited for the residents. Most noteworthy is the staff's treatment: always kind, respectful, and attentive, they make the elderly feel accompanied and well cared for. A place that inspires tranquility and confidence.

There's always a staff shortage, the staff they have are severely overworked, there's no health and safety oversight, the nurse leaves much to be desired, the food, like the yogurt, is given to the residents expired, the fruit is rotten, and many days the food is burnt. The menus are cheap and repetitive because the managers claim there's no money. And yet each resident pays almost €2,000 a month for a shared room. In short, exploited employees, no health and safety controls, and expired food or rotten fruit on the menu. The residents are just a cash cow for Day 1 so that the only ones who live well are the managers with their fancy Mercedes cars, who barely set foot in the residence. If health and safety officials intervened, the residence would be shut down.
