This nursing home is terrible. They don't care for the elderly residents; instead, they yell at them, don't let them leave the building, and barely allow you to see them. Hygiene is nonexistent, as they hardly ever change the residents' clothes. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING ADMITTING SOMEONE TO THIS RESIDENCE, MY OPINION IS DON'T. In fact, it's the worst thing you could do. The rehabilitation isn't done properly, and there are many other issues. In short: A SHAMEFUL PLACE.

We would like to inform you that those eligible for palliative care are guided by the palliative care unit, and at Grupo Sergeco, we adhere to the recommendations of these professionals. In other words, if they do not deem rehabilitation necessary in certain cases, we do not provide it, as is standard practice. It is very important to consider comfort measures in the final stages of life; hence, the ethical considerations applied to the individual. We believe that to properly assess our facilities, care, and treatment of residents, it is necessary to visit them. For your information, residents with hearing loss require a relatively loud voice, but we doubt you were able to hear this given your apparent lack of awareness during your relative's stay. You only need to come and see us or ask around to learn about the range of services and the excellent care we offer. We invite you to visit us; ignorance hinders effective communication. Sincerely.
