El Centro de Mayores Valdihuertos cuenta con personal amable y profesional que ofrece buenos servicios de rehabilitación, lo que destaca positivamente en las experiencias de los usuarios; sin embargo, enfrenta serios problemas de gestión administrativa y deficiencias en servicios básicos como cafetería y atención médica, particularmente durante situaciones de crisis como la pandemia, lo que genera desconfianza sobre la calidad global de la atención prestada a los residentes.

The amenities list cafeteria service, but that's not the case. It only has a bar, but no drinks, not a single soft drink. The cafeteria is limited to four tables with chairs, but no service of any kind. There's a comfortable terrace, but without a cafeteria, it's of little use. It's a shame that neither residents nor visitors can even enjoy something as simple as a soft drink with their family member, which makes visiting time seem tiresome.
