La residencia "Asilo de ancianos - Hermanitas de los Pobres" recibe mayoritariamente valoraciones excelentes que destacan el trato cálido, la atención personalizada, los espacios amplios y bien cuidados, y especialmente el ambiente comunitario donde los residentes se sienten felices y dignificados. Sin embargo, existe una reseña con acusaciones graves sobre prácticas inapropiadas con residentes vulnerables que merecería ser investigada, contrastando notablemente con el resto de testimonios positivos sobre la calidad del cuidado y la filosofía humanitaria de la institución.

Vida en comunidad y servicio tanto de las monjas como de los residentes. Los más lúcidos ayudan a los más enfermos pues llegará un día que ellos serán también atendidos por otros, con mejor salud. Todos contribuyen a ayudar, salvo los muy enfermos, cuidandose unos a otros.
