The residence has modern facilities in excellent condition, and the service is exemplary—warm, personal, and highly professional. They make you feel like part of the family, always concerned for the well-being of the elderly residents. Elena is a dedicated professional, offering outstanding and compassionate care, and is always available. My father is very well looked after at all times, something I am incredibly grateful to all the staff who work there. I recommend it without hesitation.

The care of the residents is deplorable; there's only one caregiver for the entire residence, which leaves much to be desired from the director. She promises one thing and then it's something else entirely—how she changes! But when it comes to collecting under-the-table payments from some residents, she's quick enough. And it's outrageous—the lack of staff to properly care for the residents, which is what they're paying for.
