For two years, Tercera Actividad was my mother-in-law's home. I can't give it more stars because the app won't let me, but the real stars are there. They are the people who cared for her every day with love and respect, both for her and for us. THANK YOU for being there for her, for listening to her, for caring for her, and for helping her through both good times and bad. You were a second family, and I know she passed away grateful and happy for your care. 🥰

The conditions in which my grandmother was kept were appalling. Every time we went to see her, she was covered in urine, and the smell and filth were horrifying. Jewelry and clothing were stolen from her room. The elderly residents are left "parked" in the hallways, neglected. She fell in her room at night due to a lack of safety measures, and as a result of that injury, she died. Those responsible are negligent, inattentive, and careless in her medical care, etc. Never take your elderly relatives to this center; it's sad, cold, and the prices they charge for the non-existent service are outrageous. I will never forgive you for my grandmother's death.

I'd like to give it zero stars, but it's not possible. Because of the care given to the residents and their families, and their management during the pandemic. *The care home's responses say it all. The same goes for the care they provide in person—it's shameful. I hope no one else has to go through what we went through from beginning to end with this care home.

I've seen better, but very few. The facilities are good and the staff (those I've dealt with) are WONDERFUL. In these times of pandemic, pleasing everyone is impossible. But they do their best. Happy and grateful. Keep it up.
