One of the worst places in Palencia. They charge you for the whole month for just 9 days and then neglect the dogs. They put them in a separate room and lose their glasses and dentures. You tell the people in charge and they say they'll look for them when they clean. They feed them without dentures and sedate them.

THIS RESIDENCE IS VERY BAD. MOST OF THE STAFF IS A FAMILY, THEY STEALS FOOD AND DRINK AND DO NOT LEAVE THE ELDERLY. UNTIL THE STAFF IS CHANGED IT WILL BE TERRIBLE.
