This care home is a disgrace, both in terms of care and cleanliness. I had to take my mother out because she was... My grandmother was in that care home, if you can even call it that... and it's a disgrace... the care, the hygiene, the food, etc... they've even cut back on the food. They don't have a nurse, everything is filthy, and the director is arrogant and does nothing to improve things. You talk to her and she's very nice... but when you complain about something with proof, she becomes arrogant and rude. I moved my grandmother to another care home two days ago, and I'm sending you photos so you can see how they kept her. I tried to upload photos, but it won't let me. 😞😡

This care home is a disgrace, both in terms of care and cleanliness. I had to take my mother out because she was covered in bedsores from lack of hydration and was always neglected. And the director leaves much to be desired because she couldn't care less.

Every time I go to Villaviciosa to visit my mother, they don't have a nurse to care for the elderly residents, especially not for my mother, which is something she desperately needs for her health. The nursing home doesn't have a cleaning service; the caregivers have to do all the work. And the care of the elderly is terrible. My mother, who suffers from depression and anxiety, isn't given a low-salt diet because she can't eat salt. On top of that, they keep moving her to a different room. Then, even though she's entitled to medical care, they don't attend to her because there's no nurse. It's appalling how they treat my mother, giving her 15 pills and doing absolutely nothing for her. What a terrible nursing home!

My mother Margarita is very happy in your residence, although she is missed, she is a lovely person. Continue helping her and taking good care of her. She deserves it.
