Opiniones

Thank you to the entire nursing home staff for all your humanity and good work. During such a difficult time as my father's passing, you have treated us with empathy and affection, as if we were family. Thank you for the time he spent with you and for your treatment of both him and my mother. Thank you so much!! 🫂

Horrible!!! Poor hygiene; they shower once a week and barely change their clothes. Cockroaches in the bathroom of their rooms. Even if their clothes are dirty from pee, they don't change them. Inadequate food for the elderly. Insufficient staff to care for them. I hope this review helps lead to a prompt improvement of the center.

If you want your relative to die soon so you can collect the inheritance, this is the nursing home for you! A cave with an unbearable smell of urine, residents who are only bathed and changed once a week. The same goes for the bathrooms in the rooms, dirtier than any bar at closing time. Absolute lack of information for families. They can practically kill each other and they won't warn you—you'll see the bruises. Food is scarce; soup made with stale bread is a common dinner. Shouting and coercion of the residents are the norm. Frequent staff turnover. The day we went to get a relative out of this hellhole, they wouldn't even let us in to collect their belongings, even though we'd paid for the month. They put them in boxes and left them outside with shouts. I regret not calling the police.

I confirm a recent comment. The smell is unbearable upon entering, which is logical and natural since they clean once a week. It's essential not to remove your mask, even though it's not mandatory. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Inhumane treatment of residents. Zero cleanliness. Insufficient staff and high staff turnover. The quality-service-cost ratio is equally terrible. The food, they say, is good, as a plus.

I'm writing this review to refute the two most recent comments, which are completely unfounded. My father has been with me for a year now, and honestly, compared to his previous residence (Domus Vi Fuentes de Valdepero), it's been a huge improvement. Things like the bad smell upon entering, that residents are only bathed once a week, and inappropriate food are completely false. Every day my mother takes my father out, always in clean clothes, he's treated incredibly well, and I often accompany them and can attest to this. At this residence, my father can even keep his own books without them getting lost, he never lacks clothes, and he can even wear his own watch. The staff at the residence are impeccable, and when you go in to pick up your loved one, you feel a sense of calm. It bothers me that people spread lies just for the sake of it.
