Spectacular facilities. Urban complex equipped with sports fields and surrounded by green areas.

It's been 26 months since I was discharged from Pampuri. I don't use anything at all; I use my nose to breathe. Thank you all for the work you dedicated to helping me get out of that hell. Alejandro Crespo González. Now the woman I love most is there. I only ask God to give her strength to get out of hell. S.S.H., fight. Love, Alejandro. 💗

I thank you for the good work you do in all areas. Congratulations to the social workers for everything they do with people from countries in need, and for giving them a new life with opportunities.

The facilities are very good, but the treatment of patients when conflicts arise among residents of the therapeutic community leaves much to be desired, with no one bothering to offer a solution. The psychologist shows no attention to the residents' families; the food is scarce, and they even deny you salt when the food doesn't contain any. As a former resident, I recommend requesting a copy of the internal regulations in case of conflicts with aggressive individuals, because they wash their hands of the matter, and if you ask for a complaint form, they tell you they don't have one. In our case, we had to call the local police to get a complaint form.

What happened to Marcos? What unit was he in? I have my nephew there, and I don't know what to think. There are good things, but also many bad ones. The contact with him after 5 months there is minimal, if not nonexistent. The professionals leave much to be desired when it comes to caring for the family. I would like more opinions from those who know more about there. Thank you in advance.
