La Residencia Os Gozos recibe críticas muy severas por parte de la mayoría de usuarios, quienes denuncian un trato deficiente, falta de atención adecuada a los residentes, especialmente durante la noche, y comunicación engañosa con las familias sobre el estado real de los cuidados. Una única valoración positiva contrasta fuertemente con las múltiples reseñas de una estrella que cuestionan la calidad y dedicación del personal en la atención a los mayores.

Poor treatment. The point is to collect and do as little work as possible. It doesn't matter how the resident is feeling, whether they've eaten, whether they've gotten sick, especially if it's at night... and if they're really bothered, they're given a bedtime sleep aid. However, whenever we called to ask how they were, the answer was always that they were fine; nothing could be further from the truth. I'm still waiting for them to deign to offer their condolences.
