La Residencia Las Salinas recibe opiniones mayoritariamente positivas que destacan la excelente atención, dedicación y calidez del personal de cuidadores, así como los servicios integrales ofrecidos (médicos, peluquería, pedicura y acompañamiento hospitalario). Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que critica severamente la gestión y actitud del equipo directivo, sugiriendo inconsistencia en la calidad de la experiencia según el personal con el que interactúen los residentes y sus familias.

Honestly, the place leaves much to be desired, except for a few of the assistants who are fantastic. The others are just slacking off all the time. As for the manager, her attitude is a 50 out of 10; she's unpleasant, rude, and bad-tempered. I don't even know how they can put someone like that in charge of dealing with the public. I sincerely wouldn't recommend it even if it were the only nursing home on the planet.

My sincerest thanks to the entire support staff and management team at the Las Salinas Senior Residence in O Viso, Ourense. Unfortunately, my mother, Josefa Lama Chao, didn't get to enjoy the excellent service and care of this center for very long. I only had time to visit once, but it was enough to witness the extraordinary treatment my mother received! The staff was incredibly affectionate, personal, and kind. The caregivers' expressions inspired confidence and tranquility in the elderly. My mother was delighted. Furthermore, they offer a full range of medical services, pedicures, hairdressing, exercise classes, and much more. If that weren't enough, if they need to go to the Health Center, the Hospital, or the Emergency Room, they accompany them and check them in, or wait until the appointment is over. They visit them regularly as if they were family members. Honestly, this Residence far surpasses any expectations! I would have loved to meet more of the caregivers and the management team to congratulate them on their outstanding work. However, during a visit to the hospital, I met Oscar, who I believe is the manager, and although we didn't talk much, he struck me as very dedicated to his work. My sincerest congratulations.
