I want to share with anyone who might be interested, there is a suspicious secrecy in this center and I have been able to verify that they lie when there is a problem or injuries to the people we have here because we have no other choice. Lately the director tells me that I have to make an appointment a day in advance, and I always call an hour before coming and I always do it during visiting hours. You can only see your loved ones in a visiting room and rain or snow they have you outside until they bring you to that room, which can be a long time and all of this by calling before coming.
