My grandmother spent her last years in this care home, but I have to say I didn't find the way the residents were treated very pleasant. They spent their free time sitting in front of trashy TV. The atmosphere seemed very unpleasant... Anyway, I think they should improve the entertainment and activities... A word to the wise.

A very close friend of mine was treated completely inhumanely; I know this firsthand. I was on a call with her when I heard the verbal abuse, and it was also physical. But because they're on medication, most people doubt their sanity. I'm not generalizing; I know not all the workers are abusive, but she had the misfortune of encountering the worst.
