    I would like to say how incredibly impressed I have been with this home. The care, consideration and communication have been first rate looking after my father, Roger. Arturo (Director) has always found time to liaise with me directly, keeping me informed and helping hugely. I was also touched by the consideration of Oscar (one of the nurses), whose compassion was lovely. I could not recommend highly enough. Thank you. Simon

    Good afternoon! I was a patient at this residence after a stroke. I went for a one-month stay but only stayed 15 days. Unfortunately, the service I received left much to be desired compared to the exorbitant amount I paid for those 15 days. Many of my belongings disappeared. I arrived home with only half of what I had brought, with the excuse that my clothes were at the laundry. In the end, they kept my things. All my friends who came to visit me were very unhappy with the treatment I received. It's a residence for elderly people who are completely unaware of what's going on. This residence has two faces: one for the patients and another for their families.

    Good morning, in the short time my father has been in the residence, I am very disappointed with the Alzheimer's ward. They need to be more professional and pay more attention to the people in their care, as an accident can happen in seconds, as happened with my father. I am disappointed with the assistants on the Alzheimer's ward, and the smell of pee is very strong. I am asking for solutions. Very good, in the three months my father has been here, the assistants have been doing phenomenally. Thank you very much. There is one drawback: maintenance is terrible. The doorbell on the third floor has been broken for 20 days and they haven't fixed it, and the cleaning of the rooms is terrible. Let's see if they take measures and fix it. Thank you very much for responding to the issue of the pee smell. It wasn't during diaper changes; it smells like pee. They need to clean the rooms and the ward.
