La Residencia de mayores Hogar de Nazaret presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos residentes y familias elogian la limpieza, el ambiente amable del personal y la calidad de cuidados durante años de estancia, otros reportan casos graves de negligencia médica y de atención, incluyendo desnutrición, deshidratación y úlceras por presión que han resultado en hospitalizaciones y fallecimientos. Now that I feel strong enough, I want to say that I absolutely do NOT recommend this nursing home. Some supervisors, nurses, and the doctor may try to make it sound nice, but the reality in my case was quite different. My mother was there for two weeks, and I had to rush her to the Arrixaca Hospital. She was admitted with severe dehydration and kidney failure, which was the cause of her death. Her entire back was covered in bedsores. I also understand that during those weeks, residents there often suffer from a lack of attention and food. The restricted access to the upper floors prevents you from seeing how your loved one is truly doing. I reiterate: I absolutely DO NOT recommend this nursing home.

The facility is well-adapted to serve as a nursing home for elderly people with disabilities. It offers various activities and a variety of meals for residents. The staff is very friendly to residents and visitors, and the facilities are adequate.

My experience is wonderful. My father spent three years there, and the treatment in every aspect has been implacable. They are highly professional, very caring, and attentive. They get a ten for both facilities and forgiveness.

Everything is very clean, and the staff are very kind and friendly to everyone. They've cared for my mother for three years, and I can't say anything negative about the center. This is not a highly recommended nursing home, the nursing and medical care is terrible. I had to take my mother out of there, what I don't understand is the way the Mother Superior turns a blind eye to various problems, I consider this residence to be a business, although they all are, but the medical service is essential for grandparents, and this residence has the old model, I can't understand how they don't close it down, it belongs to the kikos. Don't look for a residence that meets all your expectations, you won't find it, but if they have 24-hour medical and nursing service, that's enough.
