Opiniones

One star because I can't give less. I had a relative admitted there who, unfortunately, has already passed away, and it was the fault of the doctors and especially the nurses. They weren't giving my relative the medication she was supposed to receive, and she ended up being the last person to be taken to the hospital. They completely neglected her and wouldn't even let her go out to the courtyard. It's like a prison. And don't even get me started on the food they give you—sugar and junk food meant for elderly people who can't eat that kind of food. My stews are a thousand times better than all of that. To top it all off, we were in the reception area, and I was showing my relative the statue of the Virgin Mary they have there because she liked it so much, and the director told us to be quiet, saying it was a work area. How shameful! I deeply regret ever putting her there. Be careful and don't leave your family there; they are heartless and only care about money. As the saying goes, better the devil you know than the devil you don't, because the poor thing was much better off in her previous residence.

A prison disguised as a "residence." The elderly residents can't leave their "pavilions," as they call them; they don't interact with each other, and they don't have free access to family members, their rooms, or other pavilions. You can't see the facilities they're in, but I'd like to see how hot it is inside in the summer, as it's unbearable in the hallways. There are many rules, and it's very strict for both us, the family members, and the residents. The menus lack caloric and nutritional balance. The nursing staff's treatment depends on who you encounter, but generally, there's a sense of apathy and a certain air of superiority. They try to hide things from each other. There are few activities and outings, and little individualized attention to needs... so I'd say I'm dissatisfied with the center and with most of the staff, starting with management. The facilities are very old.

It was a little difficult to adjust at first, but then we felt very comfortable. My grandmother stayed there for several years, and she was very happy; she was cared for with great affection. The food is homemade and delicious; my grandmother was always happy with everything she ate. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. A big hug to the coordinators, the assistants, and the nurses, who are the people we interacted with most. Everyone else was wonderful too.

The care provided by this nursing home was appalling. My grandmother only lived for four months due to their negligence. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but the nursing home refused, saying it wasn't necessary. Three days later, my grandmother passed away.

It's shameful how they treat people! A poor 90-year-old grandmother was left in such poor hygiene and wasn't cared for properly. Such neglect is so appalling that I wouldn't recommend anyone take their family members to this residence. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESIDENCE TO ANYONE!!
