The people who answer the phones are true professionals. I've been calling for Santi for two weeks now. I called at nine in the morning, but they told me he wouldn't be there until ten-thirty because he was having breakfast. I called again at eleven. He hadn't arrived. I called at twelve, and they said he was there, but busy. I called at one, and they told me he'd already left, wasn't there, or was busy... Two weeks, every day, calling several times. I simply think and feel that this person doesn't work there. His colleagues apologize to me a million times over. Being a civil servant is a privilege, but getting paid without working? It's impossible that someone wouldn't be at their job for more than two weeks.

Este sitio da ASCO. Meten a niños encontra de su voluntad porque sus padres cogen y los meten por mal comportamiento y eso debería ser ILEGAL.
