Terrible attitude from the management. Six months after my mother's passing, they still haven't refunded the money we're owed for her stay. She was only there for a week, and they kept the full amount for the month, despite what the contract states. We've complained repeatedly, and they've ignored us. On top of the loss of my mother, we've had to endure their attitude and lack of consideration. The facilities are very old, and the professional staff has to put up with terrible management. 😔

Terrible residence. My wife was there for two months, and I had to evict her due to poor service. Her watch and wedding ring were stolen. The management was disastrous. The furniture was in poor condition and very old. The food was awful. I needed hearing aids, but I couldn't get them because they wouldn't take responsibility. I had to fight hard to get part of the money I was owed back, since they only gave me half. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It's an older residence, but its best feature is its warm, family atmosphere. The staff is excellent, and the food is homemade, just like our grandparents used to make. I'm very grateful for the care my relative received and the dedication shown to my uncle. Thank you for the wonderful work you do, from management to staff.

I'm sorry to say it leaves a lot to be desired. According to my relative and many of the residents, the food is terrible. They don't take care of the linen at all. And the service leaves a lot to be desired. Being a private residence, it's very family-friendly, and the staff there are very friendly. But I would never recommend it.

I am very satisfied with the care and affection shown to my aunt Lola at all times. During the two and a half years she spent in this residence, she was happy, enjoying outings, birthday parties, Christmas celebrations... Unfortunately, her illness ultimately prevailed. Thank you so much for everything.
