I have no words to express my gratitude for the way they've treated both my grandmother and her family. The situation over the last few weeks has been difficult, but they've given us every opportunity they could and treated us wonderfully. Thanks to them, we've been able to spend the last few days by her side, and she's been surrounded by her loved ones.

My mother was here for 14 months. She passed away on the 1st. Words fail me, adjectives fail me; I wouldn't know how to express how grateful my whole family is for the care, affection, love, generosity, and professionalism of all the staff—absolutely everyone, each one better than the last. You only had to see my mother's face every time any of them approached her. You were her family, and therefore, ours too. We will be eternally grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts from my father Paco, my aunt Concha, my brother Javi, and me, as well as the grandchildren and the rest of the family. We felt right at home. THANK YOU

My grandmother is a resident there. The center is spectacular, with many outdoor areas, swans... The staff is wonderful; they don't miss a single detail for the residents. They have many themed days where they dress up and throw mini-parties. We are so happy to have her there. Thank you for your great work!

There's little stimulation for the most vulnerable residents; when events are held at the care home, not everyone attends. My mother is now at peace, but we've had to keep a close eye on her because there were many mistakes made in her care. The best thing about the care home is some of the caregivers, who give their all for the residents.

I would highlight the garden areas. With my mother (who is very dependent on others), there were several mistakes. One of them was that they forgot to put her restraints on at night, and my mother fell out of bed, breaking her hip, tibia, and fibula. But that wasn't all; her legs were very swollen, and since the girl she fell from at night didn't file a report, we spent more than a week thinking she had fluid retention (that's what the doctor told us) until we said we were taking her to the clinic because the pain my mother was in wasn't normal. That's when they suddenly filed the report about the fall and apologized, of course telling us that they are human and that they also make mistakes.
