I hope this comment reaches the person in charge of the center and that they read it. The treatment of patients and their families in the mental health unit is appalling. They have no empathy. I've had several problems there with nurses—and I'm not talking about all of them, but some should be fired immediately. I don't even want to imagine how they treat patients who don't have family to care for them. I advise you not to take any family members to that center… They are abusive, completely uneducated, and utterly disrespectful. Few people escape from there…

My 5 stars go to the nursing assistants at U.C.E. It's a disgrace how the healthcare system is and how those in charge manage it. In my case, I was a support staff member at an Equality Delegation of the Andalusian Regional Government... in 21 days I accomplished a lot... I certainly made a difference and helped. Greetings to Pablo for the Extromoduro conversations... in which he passed away.

My experience with the team—psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, cleaners, etc.—has been incredibly rewarding, especially since they treat you like one of their own family (which is my case, mind you!!!). They are exceptional, and I will carry them in my heart forever!!! I won't name names because I'd inevitably leave someone out, and that wouldn't be fair. I LOVE YOU ALL, AMAZING TEAM!!! From Josefa Palomo Lopez...Pepi, hehe...A kiss and a hug forever and ever!!!!🫶🙏🏻❤️🫶🙏🏻

Bad experience. The staff systematically and psychologically abuses patients. Doctors have little empathy. You feel like you're in a 19th-century psychiatric hospital... they should do more inspections in these Catholic-oriented places.

My experience has been very good. The treatment from the nursing assistants and psychiatrists was excellent—empathetic and incredibly kind. The food was very good, and Laura, the psychiatrist, was the best I've ever had.
