My experience at the residence has been excellent. There, we found a team of empathetic, compassionate, caring, and responsible professionals who dedicated all the attention my mother required. At home, I couldn't have given her the same level of care and dedication they provided 24/7, nor did I have the knowledge or resources to do so. At the residence, they have everything necessary for moving and bathing residents, and they are organized to maintain their routines. They provide stimulation when needed and have specialized staff who know very well how to care for elderly people with different types of physical and mental challenges. The best thing of all is the care and kindness with which they treat both residents and their families. It's a small residence with a fantastic team of professionals who give all residents the best possible care, tailored to each individual case. We were there after the pandemic, and I must say that when all the other facilities had outbreaks, there wasn't a single case there. After almost two years, and with all the residents vaccinated, they had a small outbreak that didn't spread and was quickly contained. This was all thanks to the strict controls they implemented, which sometimes seemed excessive to us, but it was for the residents' benefit. For all of this, I can only express my gratitude for the care my mother and all her family received. I hope this comment helps answer all your questions. Right now, what your loved one needs are professionals who are empathetic and caring, and in many cases, we at home can't do a better job than they can.

Hello, I'd like to share our experience to provide some help and guidance. Our experience with Residencia La Biznaga began in January through my mother, a 62-year-old woman diagnosed with stage 3 Alzheimer's. Unfortunately, my mother suffered a fall from a considerable height, resulting in numerous injuries (3 broken ribs, a broken left wrist, severe head trauma, a brain hemorrhage, a gash from her forehead to the crown of her head, and multiple wounds and bruises all over her body). Due to her condition, the hospital wouldn't admit her to a bed, so we had to take my mother home without knowing how or being able to care for her. Thank God, and after four days literally without rest searching for help, we found this blessing: Residencia La Biznaga. We had just had a bad experience with my grandfather after placing him in a "super luxury nursing home." That's why it was so hard for us to leave my mother at the residence on the first day (my sister and I cried our eyes out). Thanks to the staff at the residence, that feeling and that unpleasant experience passed quickly. I want to thank each and every one of you for the work and dedication you show every day with the elderly residents. Mónica is a gem and dedication personified, Julio spoils all the residents, María José cares for them and tends to them like a mother to her children, Daniela looks after and pampers them all, Vanessa, Loli, Sara, and Conchi are their daily bread, and I believe your games, care, and affection bring them joy, peace, and tranquility, and Jose Antonio and Adela look after them and are helping them recover little by little. I'm sure I've forgotten someone, and I apologize for that. You are all wonderful; you have such a complicated but also such a beautiful and comforting job. We've talked on more than one occasion about how, in addition to all the preparation needed to do your work at the residence, it has to come from the heart and be a true calling, because not just anyone can do something like this. And for us, you are number one at what you do. We only have words of gratitude and feelings of happiness for the help you have given us and for bringing my "GORDI" back to us. Thank you for these three months that you have cared for my mother, for dancing with her, singing with her, making her laugh, for all the help you have given us with visits, medical appointments, and countless other things. Tomorrow we are taking my "GORDI" back home thanks to all the care and pampering you have given her. Thank you for everything; we love you from the bottom of our hearts.

I want to share my experience at La Biznaga before my father has been a resident there for three months. The staff's qualifications, professionalism, dedication to their demanding work, the staff-to-resident ratio, the close relationship and communication with the family, the telephone communication... I could go on, but I just want to say it's EXCELLENT. It took me a while to adjust, but the only thing that matters to me is that my father is happy and very well cared for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone for what you do and how you do it.

I'd like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to La Biznaga Residence. It's been a short time, but long enough for us to realize that our father has been in the best possible place. It's difficult to put into words how incredibly grateful we are to all the staff who care for our beloved grandparents every day. Many people make this possible, but I want to highlight several who have left a lasting impression on us because of our experiences these past few months. To Julio, the captain of the ship, who makes everything run smoothly, a truly wonderful person, thank you for those conversations you had with Don José, as you call him, thank you for your kindness towards him and us, and for making things so easy and helping us in every way. Congratulations, Julio. To Mónica, thank you for always making things so easy for us. From the first time we spoke, you've been incredibly helpful, kind, understanding, dedicated, and caring—words can't express how much you mean to us. I'll also remember your most frequent response whenever we ask you for something, which perfectly captures who you are: "NO PROBLEM." Congratulations, Mónica, on your great work and for being who you are. Don't forget that daily goodbye kiss from your José. To María José, the nurse, there's no better example of dedication to a profession, and you couldn't treat someone better than you have. Your loving and gentle care for our father has touched us deeply, and I think the families of the other residents can rest assured knowing they are in your hands—the best hands. Thank you and congratulations for being who you are. To María, the therapist, the joy of the residence, always with a smile that shines through your mask and is revealed in your eyes. So young and such a fantastic professional. I say the same; you couldn't treat our elderly with more love and kindness. You are truly wonderful, María. We would also like to express our gratitude to Dr. Adela, physiotherapist José Antonio, psychologist Daniela, all the wonderful assistants and cooks, and all the staff who make up the wonderful family you have, making this important daily work possible. If there's one word that defines you all, it's HUMAN QUALITY. On behalf of the entire Soria family, and of course, on behalf of our beloved father, thank you from the bottom of our hearts; we will never forget you. ❤️❤️

My grandparents came from one of the big residential chains. We were new to this and thought that the more facilities and staff, the better care they would receive. But what a nightmare. Then, I don't know how we found La Biznaga residence, but it was the best decision we ever made. The staff, from the first to the last, treats the elderly residents like family. You can see their dedication and compassion. They're also wonderful with family members, maintaining constant communication and being flexible with visits. My grandmother has been hospitalized several times, and in her absence, they call constantly to check on her. And while she's away, they don't leave my grandfather alone for a minute, so he doesn't worry or get stressed. You only have to ask my grandparents to know how they're treated: they speak highly of all the staff, they have a great time, they do activities with the psychologist... I want to express my gratitude because leaving your loved ones in someone else's hands is always a bit scary; but I have complete peace of mind knowing they're in the best possible care.
