Our mother spent three years at the Ballesol Nursing Home in Cerrado de Calderón until her death. We couldn't be more grateful for the professionalism and compassion with which the entire nursing home staff cared for her these past three years. We would especially like to highlight the impeccable work of nurses Eugenia, Lucia, and Jessica; supervisors Rosa, Carmen, and Corin; and assistants Esther, Sara, and Alejandra, who so lovingly accompanied her in her final days.

My 90-year-old father came to this care home to recover from an infection that had him hospitalized. We couldn't care for him at home, and there he not only recovered quickly, but he also wanted to stay. He's been here for two years now and he really enjoys the activities, he's made some great friends, and he's delighted with the staff.

Gratitude. From the moment my father arrived at the Residence, the director, Belén Echevarría, along with Almudena, Corinne, and the doctor, were already waiting for him. From that moment on, all the staff—from receptionists Cristina and Estefanía, the supervisors Rosa, the cleaning staff, the nurses Sandra, Jessica, Eva, and the doctor—kept us fully informed. We had complete peace of mind knowing we had made the right choice in selecting the Ballesol Cerrado de Calderón Residence and that my father was in the best hands, receiving excellent care and attention from the very first day until his passing.
