If you care about your family member at all, don't take them to this care home. Everything they tell you on the first visit is a lie, and the showers they give are depressing—everyone naked, one behind the other, with absolutely no privacy. There's a serious staff shortage. My mother fell one night and they didn't help her up until the next morning because there's only one person in charge of the residents. I'm giving it one star only because I can't give zero. That said, the staff are friendly.

We are delighted with the residence in every way. The space is very pleasant and welcoming, and everything is very clean. From what we've heard, the food is fantastic. And best of all, the staff. They are all wonderful. For us, it's a 10 out of 10. We came from another residence, and the change has been the best decision. It has made an incredible difference, both physically and mentally; she has improved so much since being here.
