My grandfather spent the last year at this residence in Pozuelo, and we couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care and professionalism we found here. From day one, the treatment was warm, personal, and incredibly respectful. The medical team was always attentive to his needs, providing constant follow-up and keeping us fully informed with complete transparency. The facilities are modern, clean, and bright, with well-maintained gardens that he loved to stroll through in the mornings. The scheduled activities brought him joy: he participated in memory workshops, music classes, and even painting classes, something he hadn't done since he was young. We also greatly appreciated the quality of the food, which was varied and tailored to his nutritional needs, always served with care. My mother spent some time in this residence and the experience could not have been better. All staff were always attentive, friendly and very professional.
