The facilities aren't bad, but the service is terrible. There's a lack of qualified staff, something so necessary when caring for the elderly. When they tell you, they're all nice, but the reality is completely different. In conclusion, if you have the slightest respect for your loved one, look elsewhere.

Our mother passed away a week ago after almost three years at EL PARDO DE ARAVACA. Our experience at the nursing home could not have been more positive. My mother has been perfectly cared for and loved, and we have felt welcomed as if she were our own family. El Pardo de Aravaca is made up of great professionals, from the assistants and medical staff to the most recent staff member. The facilities are excellent, but the true value of this nursing home is its people. EL PARDO DE ARAVACA will always be in our hearts. Thank you very much.

The worst nursing home for seniors. Poor care, cockroaches in residents' rooms, insults to the elderly by caregivers, poor organization, and very few staff members to provide all the necessary services. Poor cleaning and unqualified staff, management, and caretakers.

After contracting Covid and becoming a widower, it became impossible for my father to live alone. Thanks to our search, we found the El Pardo de Aravaca Residence. After three months there, I can say that we were very fortunate to find a residence like El Pardo de Aravaca, both for its professional and personal treatment of residents and their families; in my case, the ease of communication was very important since I live abroad.
