La Residencia Coímbra Park cuenta con un personal muy profesional, amable y dedicado que proporciona un entorno limpio, seguro y acogedor donde los residentes participan en actividades y se sienten apoyados y cómodos, según la mayoría de opiniones muy positivas. Sin embargo, existe una grave preocupación de seguridad documentada en una reseña, donde una residente con Alzheimer fue encontrada sin supervisión fuera del centro, lo que pone en cuestión los protocolos de vigilancia de la residencia.

I went to visit an acquaintance and was very impressed. The place is clean, tidy, and feels very welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling and treating everyone well. I saw the residents participating in activities, chatting amongst themselves, and seeming happy. It's very reassuring to see that here they not only provide excellent care but also make people feel supported and comfortable.

On July 8, 2025, I found my mother, suffering from Alzheimer's, alone on the street without supervision, far from the center. I was shocked by the lack of oversight and follow-up by the nursing home. I have reported what happened to the appropriate authorities, hoping measures will be taken to prevent it from happening again.
